Direct answer / 01

Why use a promotional merchandise broker?

They turn your need into a specification, consult suitable makers, compare products, decoration, lead times and landed costs, then coordinate proofs, production, checks and delivery. You keep one point of contact without being tied to one catalogue.

01

Compare fairly

Product, decoration, setup, packaging and transport are brought into one comparable landed cost.

02

Reduce risk

Feasibility, artwork approval, samples, tolerances and checks are defined before launch.

03

Save time

One contact coordinates suppliers, files, production and delivery, including multiple destinations.

Choose by need / 02

What are you preparing?

Start with the use case: each path leads to a relevant selection and a pre-oriented brief.

Curated objects / 03

A selection, not an overload

We start with your use case, budget and deadline to select only the products that make sense.

Why physical merchandise still works

Useful, tangible and lasting, a well-chosen object puts your brand into daily life. Impact comes from relevance, finish and timing—not sheer volume.

01What does a promotional merchandise broker do?

They turn your need into a specification, consult suitable makers, compare products, decoration, lead times and landed costs, then coordinate proofs, production, checks and delivery. You keep one point of contact without being tied to one catalogue.

02What budget should be planned for custom merchandise?

Budget depends on the product, quantity, number of colours, decoration method, setup, sample, packaging and transport. We compare a complete landed price rather than an incomplete unit price.

03Can you source a small production run?

Yes, depending on the product and decoration. Print on demand, DTF, digital print, UV or engraving can suit short runs, while screen printing and some manufacturing methods become more relevant at volume. Minimum quantity is confirmed for each option.

04What information is needed for a recommendation?

Context, audience, approximate quantity, budget, desired date, delivery country and your logo if available are enough to start. An incomplete brief is welcome: missing points are clarified before sourcing.
